
Work based learning skill check offs with industry: Healthcare and Clinical Services students demonstrating patient height, weight, and proper patient positions for examinations with Mrs. Dena Kelly from Gentiva Hospice.


Mr. Berry's Ag Power and Machinery Classes have been working on various projects this week. The students also built benches that are for sale. There are only two benches left, and they will be $200 each. Please contact our office at 662-285-4152 if you are interested.





Mr. Black's Construction/Carpentry classes have been working on blueprint skills and building a miniature house framing kit, with walls and rafters. While doing this, the students are learning different terms and dimensions with parts of the roof and walls.

Weir Elementary School received a $5,000 TVA/STEM Award for VEX123,VEXGO, and VEXIQ Bots to scaffold the student robotics education at Weir Elementary. This opportunity allows Weir students an opportunity to apply the STEM robotics skills at each grade level.

Thanks to a “Pets in the Classroom” grant, Mrs Hollie and Mrs Lewis’ class at Ackerman Elementary School have a new friend. Meet Trixie, the guinea pig! Today the class earned enough good behavior points to hold Trixie. There were lots of giggles and squeaks!! #teamAES





French Camp Elementary received a $5000 TVA STEM Grant to purchase virtual reality headsets for our school. We are excited about this wonderful opportunity! Thank you to TVA and 4-County for helping make this grant possible.
