FCE 5th graders enjoyed participating in a scarecrow relay. Students worked in groups practicing eight different math skills. There were eight rounds each with a set of new questions. Each person solved their own problem. Correct answers advanced each team to draw one piece of the scarecrow each round. Once finished, the team received a new set of questions. All teams completed the relay with a finished scarecrow!
