Mrs. McLendon's 8th Grade Honors English class had an enlightening day with their Socratic Seminar on their novel. These students are really connecting with the characters in their identity unit. #GoChargers
5th grade at Ackerman Elementary School hosted a parental involvement night. Parents came and spent the night in the role of a 5th grader with their child! From doing reading passages, spelling tests, and math and science work, these parents learned a lot! #teamAES

The softball games scheduled for today at Leake Central have been called off due to field conditions. Information about make-up dates will be sent out as soon as it is finalized.
The Sports Medicine students have been learning skills for taping and wrapping in various sports. Today, they were practicing the application of elastic wrap to their upper extremity and HOSA ankle taping to their lower extremity.
