
Students in Culinary Arts enjoyed experimenting with different tastes this week. They made pizzas complete with ingredients with “umami”, a delicious, savory taste that can be found in tomatoes, cheese, and mushrooms.


Culinary Arts I students are learning all about tastes and flavors. They combined a variety of seasonings to create a unique compound butter they used from scratch buttermilk biscuits.


FCE fifth graders spent their Friday working with partners, and they did an awesome job solving fractions. All of the students stayed focused on their task cards!








FCE Fifth Graders used different solutions to create a chemical reaction. The chemical reaction they created was a bouncy ball!

CCCTC students enjoyed having the U.S. Army medical simulation truck on campus. Students were able to see and hear about many medical career opportunities. The local Army recruiters were there to talk with students about opportunities in the Army. Thank you for all you do!



CCCTC students had the opportunity to visit Holmes Community College (Grenada Campus) recently. The students enjoyed the preview day and learning about the career and technical programs HCC offers.
