August Little Chargers
Each month teachers name students from each grade as Little Chargers. These students have displayed good character traits such as respectful, kind, generous, cooperative, polite, helpful, courageous, honest, friendly and responsible.

4th Grade - Charly Riddell and Mason Ramage,
5th Grade - Nate Banga and Savannah Holly,
6th Grade - Reagan McCoy and Easton Hunt.

Kindergarten students were playing on the playground when the garbage truck was on its long stretch of backing up to the bins. Jace Latham ran the length of the fence and motioned for the truck to back up. Pictured are Jace and his friends with truck driver, Cory Burton.
FCE Kindergarten made "green gooey gunk" to reinforce the sound of G.
FCE Second Graders worked together to complete a Venn Diagram comparing and contrasting two books.
FCE Second Graders had fun creating abstract pictures using pattern blocks and identifying what shapes were used to create their picture.
CCJHS football game vs Kosciusko has been moved to Monday 09/12/22 at 5:30pm and it will now be a home game. Please use the link attached to by your tickets and come out to support all the students involved.

Homecoming Super Hero Day!
Sixth graders at FCE enjoyed their first “soft start” to Friday!! Rather than traditional bell work, students chose a fun activity to do with their friends to start the day! Friday may be our favorite day of the week!!
FCE 1st graders enjoyed spending their library class outside today. It was a beautiful day to soak up some sun while getting lost in the adventure of a good book.
FCE students were treated to popsicles on Friday by our 6th grade parents!
