These students are responsible and work hard in the classroom. They pay attention during instruction and persevere on their daily work in the classroom. They are great at listening and following directions. Keep up the good work!!


Due to the possibility of severe weather tomorrow evening, Choctaw County School District will be dismissed early Mar. 4th to ensure vehicles have delivered all students and are off the roadways. French Camp Elementary School will begin dismissal at 1 pm.

CCHS Chamber Choir was able to meet with Rep. Hood and Sen. Williams at the capital today.
After the meeting, they were able to sing in the rotunda of the capital.

FCE January 2025 Little Chargers
These students were chosen as Little Chargers because they exhibit many positive character traits. They exhibit perseverance and determination when faced with challenges. We are so thankful for these students!

FCE Kindergarten made their predictions for the upcoming Groundhog Day celebration! They are hoping for an early spring!


Registration/screening for the 25-26 Pre-Kindergarten classes will take place Feb. 18 - 28. Please contact the school in your attendance zone to schedule an appointment during this window. You will need to bring a birth certificate, shot record, and 2 proofs of residency.


Due to the possibility of winter weather and hazardous road conditions for tomorrow, ALL Choctaw County schools will be closed on Friday, January 10th.

FCE Kindergarten celebrated the 80th day of school by dressing up like 1980 and having a glow party!





First and second graders at FCE enjoyed hot chocolate, complete with whipped cream and sprinkles, and a Christmas movie in Mrs. Alexander's class.

Mrs. Alexander's first graders enjoyed Grinch punch and Grinch fudge for Grinch Day!
